Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every journey booked through Winnn Transport. Please read them before you book.
1. About us
Winnn Transport is a booking platform. All journeys are accepted and carried out by licensed private hire operator Handsome Transport Ltd, using licensed drivers and vehicles.
2. Bookings
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed it to you in writing by WhatsApp or email.
3. Prices
Our prices are fixed and all-inclusive: VAT, airport parking, tolls and the London Congestion Charge are included. A return journey is priced as two single journeys. Groups of 8 or more passengers are priced on request.
4. Payment
After we confirm your booking, we send you a secure payment link (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) or our details for bank transfer.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up, and no-shows, are charged the full fare.
6. Waiting time
The first 30 minutes of waiting are free. For airport pick-ups this is counted from the landing time — we track your flight. After that, waiting is charged at 75p per minute.
7. Changes
Please request any change to the time or address by WhatsApp or email. A change may alter the price.
8. Passengers and luggage
The number of passengers and pieces of luggage must match your booking. The driver may refuse to travel if the vehicle would be overloaded or unsafe. Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles. Children must travel in a suitable child seat, which must be requested when you book.
9. Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadworks or other events outside our control, but we always do our best to arrive on time.
10. Lost property
If you leave something in the vehicle, contact us and we will do our best to return it to you.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, contact us by WhatsApp or email. We aim to reply within 48 hours.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
